Our transactions team, jointly led by Jonathan Kelly and Andreas McConnell, advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, collaborations and private equity transactions as well as corporate restructuring and insolvency. We have a growing reputation for acting in transactions which would traditionally be regarded as the preserve of larger firms and our team has grown at all levels in recent years.

In addition to the usual range of commercial services provided by law firms, Philip Lee has wide experience in handling the specialist needs of public sector and semi-state bodies. Clients turn to us for skilled negotiation and drafting of contracts for specific projects; be they standard form supplies and services contracts, or highly complex PFI/PPP contracts.
