Philip Lee’s regulatory team were pioneers in the field of telecoms deregulation and have acted for a number of Irish and international telecoms operators. Our practice has continued to evolve in line with the expansion of the Irish and international telecoms sectors and the evolution of telecoms technology. Our recent work has included acting in a major challenge related to the deregulation of Ireland’s fixed line business, negotiating managed services agreements and advising on agreements with international mobile operators to provide financial and content services via mobile networks in emerging markets. We are also experts in e-privacy and data protection, through our work for the Data Protection Commissioner and private companies active in these areas.
