Kerri has practised in the areas of procurement, construction, projects and PPP for over 20 years and has particular experience in the area of education, housing, health and transport PPPs and infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients.

She advises on EU and national public procurement law, in relation to running tender procedures for the supply of works, goods and services contracts, on risk mitigation measures in tender procedures and regarding procurement challenges for both public and private clients.

Kerri advises on all forms of construction contracts from low value standard construction documentation to high value bespoke infrastructure contracts.

Kerri regularly publishes articles on topical public procurement matters, speaks at conferences and runs seminars for clients on all aspects of public procurement and construction law. Kerri lectures at the annual Kings Inns Procurement Diploma course.

Recent Work

      • Advising the HSE on numerous procurement matters including the procurement aspects of a new National Plan for Radiation Oncology and on the procurement of a €150 million Community Nursing Unit PPP.
      • Advising Tier 1 contractor on 600 unit social and affordable housing development in Dublin.
      • Advising the NPHDB on several equipment procurement contracts for the new Children’s Hospital
      • Advising the NTMA on a number of ICT procurements.
      • Advising Westmeath County Council on the development of lands at Lissywollen, Athlone for approximately 670 housing units, 200 of which will be used for social housing.
      • Advising the NDFA on Phase 1 of the Devolved Schools Building Programme 2.
      • Advising several Universities on procurement and construction aspects of campus developments.
      • Advising the Housing Agency on procurement of several services contracts.
      • Advised the NDFA on the Schools Bundle 5 PPP.
      • Advised on the redevelopment of Ringaskiddy Port.
