Philip Lee is delighted to announce the appointment of Angelyn Rowan as Partner in the Construction, Projects and PPP team.
Angelyn strengthens the existing team bringing a wealth of experience advising both public and private sector clients in the areas of construction, procurement and PPP. In collaboration with the partner-strong team, Angelyn will focus on delivering the specialist expertise and client-centric quality service that she and the firm are known for.
Angelyn joins Philip Lee from another leading law firm. She has advised the Irish State on significant infrastructure projects in the areas of social housing, higher education and healthcare, including the development of the DIT Campus at Grangegorman and the EUR300m Social Housing PPP Programme. She has also been involved in some of the largest private sector developments in recent years advising major developers, funders and employers involved in commercial, hotel and residential projects.
