Campbell Machinery

Harold Engineering has acquired Campbell Machinery.

Established in 1981, Dublin-based Campbell Machinery provides blast cleaning and finishing solutions for a range of surface finishing applications.

Engineering company Harold Engineering, also Dublin-based, offers a diverse range of products including air compressors, garage equipment, dust and fume extraction products and commercial and industrial heating. The company has established an extensive customer base nationwide over the past 50 years in the construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, hi-tech, retail, entertainment and leisure and transport sectors.

The acquisition will support Campbell Machinery in expanding its offering in the blast cleaning and finishing solutions space and in targeting new customers across the country.

A Philip Lee team, led by Eoghan Doyle and including Patrick Egan and Barry Mahon, was pleased to act for Campbell Machinery on this transaction.
