Clean Technology

The cleantech, or clean technology, sector offers enormous opportunities for the Irish business community to develop and grow in the Green Economy.  Philip Lee is advising a variety of private and public organisations within the sector.  These include energy production and distribution companies, organisations that embrace the deployment of clean technologies as well as drivers of innovation.

One of the key elements of clean technology is sustainable energy.  As legal advisors to SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland), we are at the centre of developments in this area.  We drafted the template procurement and contract documentation for use in both public and private sector energy efficiency retrofit and local energy supply projects.  Sustainable energy is an area that we as a firm feel passionately about and we are committed to ensuring Ireland meets the 2020 energy efficiency targets imposed by EU Directives.

The Philip Lee energy group works closely with the cleantech team.  As thought leaders on energy policy, we are uniquely placed to provide cutting edge and bespoke solutions to our cleantech clients.

On a global scale, the cleantech sector is growing rapidly.  We provide bespoke industry sector specific advice to our cleantech clients that enable them to maximise the potential of this growth for their business.

We also view our role as that of an educator.  Our objective is to increase the level of awareness of the valuable contribution that the cleantech sector can offer the Irish economy.
