Employee wellness
Employee wellness has always been part of the firm’s ethos. We have a dedicated wellness committee who manage an internal programme designed to address a range of psychological and environmental factors that might affect employee health. Signing up to the Law Society’s Professional Wellbeing Charter reinforces the firm’s commitment to providing a positive workplace culture and relays to our employees that a healthy work/life balance is encouraged.
Sport also plays a significant role in our lives here at Philip Lee. Our sport group advise many public and private entities in the health and sport sectors. We are very conscious of the relationship between sport and better physical and mental health. Our people are avid sport supporters and the firm engages in many sporting activities.
