The firm acted for medtech company Incereb Limited on its sale to Lifelines Neurodiagnostic Systems.
The Lifelines group of companies brings together products and services from around the globe, to advance its mission of changing lives through neurodiagnostic innovation.
Lifelines has design and manufacturing facilities in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and distributes products and services around the globe. Its headquarters, in Troy, IL also serves as the US distribution site. The company provides electroencephalography (EEG) solutions for a number of market niches, specializing in underserved segments where EEG is traditionally difficult to record.
Incereb Limited has developed a range of sensors for use in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for the purpose of EEG brain monitoring and physiological measurement signal applications. The first product on the market is the neon EEG product range (CE marking and FDA 510(k) cleared.)
