We are global.
We know that the market for legal services is global as well as local, which is why we have offices in London and San Francisco.
Philip Lee is the sole Irish member of Multilaw, a consortium network of over 90 member firms worldwide and ranked by Chambers Global as an ‘Elite’ international network of law firms.
We recognise Ireland’s role as a gateway for many businesses seeking to expand into Europe, or from the Middle and Far East into the US market. Working with us means you can quickly access a global network. Philip Lee is the only Irish member of Multilaw. With 11,000 lawyers and a combined annual revenue of $5bn, Multilaw is ranked by Chambers Global as an ‘Elite’ international network of law firms. Through our active working relationships with many firms in that network our clients have direct access to an impressive breadth of legal, policy and business resources.
Those resources allow us to avail of ‘lessons learned’ from other jurisdictions, thereby saving our clients costs and avoiding risks. This provides considerable value-add for our clients, including the reassurance of international best practice and benchmarking. Both as an active member of Multilaw and through our relationships with many other law firms around the world we continue to expand our reach and range of expertise. Andreas McConnell, a partner in our corporate department, has been a member of the Multilaw Executive Council since 2015.

Our London office
The firm works closely with peers and clients based in the UK. In 2018 we made a strategic decision to open a London office to offer a wider range of services, build closer relationships and to address the changing landscape in light of Brexit. The 30th floor of the Leadenhall Building is now home to a team of our lawyers. Spearheaded by partners Andrew Tzialli and Bernard McEvoy, our London office provides a comprehensive service to a range of private sector clients to address all of their legal requirements in every specialist area.
Our San Francisco office
The firm’s San Francisco office has the resources to provide on-the-spot advice to companies investing in and expanding to the US, or on foreign direct investment in Europe. In recognition of the strong growth in the firm in the areas of life sciences and technology, we were one of the first Irish law firms to have a US presence on the west coast. Our office in San Francisco provides on-the-spot advice if your company is investing in and expanding to the US, or if you need advice on foreign direct investment in Europe.
