Lev is a partner specialising in domestic and international climate law and policy and advises on both English and Irish law matters.

Lev is a transactional lawyer who focuses on supporting clients with structuring, developing, and investing in climate change mitigation and adaptation projects both domestically and in many jurisdictions around the world.  He advises a broad range of clients on emission reduction projects as well as carbon dioxide removal (CDR) through natural and engineered solutions.  Lev has a deep understanding of frameworks within the verified carbon market as well as the evolving international laws under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.

His sectoral expertise combined with his many years’ experience as a finance and projects lawyer has helped Philip Lee to become established as one of Europe’s leading law firms for carbon markets and climate law.

Lev’s practice extends to working with Irish clients on renewable energy project development and finance.  He also has significant experience with Corporate Power Purchase Agreements and other forms of offtake agreements in the renewable energy and carbon project sectors.

Prior to joining Philip Lee in Dublin, Lev spent a decade practising in major international law firms in London, Singapore and Sydney.
