Rosemarie MacGuinness works as a consultant from our San Francisco office.

She is an Executive Committee member of the San Francisco Bar Association Real Property Section, and has presented continuing legal education seminars regarding co-ownership issues for the California State Bar and the San Francisco Bar Association. Rosemarie frequently provides educational workshops at the San Francisco Association of Realtors.

Rosemarie specializes on all aspects of joint ownership of property, as well as land use issues involved in subdividing property and the creation of new condominiums. She obtained her law degree from University College Dublin, Ireland, and her Master’s Degree from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts. Rosemarie has been a member of the California Bar since 1984.
