As Ireland heads into another potential property bubble, in addition to soaring rents fuelled by lack of supply, it has never been more important for planners and regulators to tackle the problem. The urgent need to build a sustainable bubble free model for generations to come is critical for a fair and equitable property sector.
At the recent Sunday Business Post Sustainable Property Summit leading thinkers discussed sustainability, carbon neutral homes, planning and the regulatory and financial landscape in the commercial and residential building environment.
The firm was a proud sponsor of the summit and Managing Partner, Philip Lee, spoke with other thought leaders including Minister for the Environment Alan Kelly, Dermot Bannon, Duncan Stewart and many others from education, housing and manufacturing sectors.
