Torquay Capital has completed its acquisition of Alexandra Dental, a group of dental clinics in Limerick city, Shannon, Claremorris and Roscommon town. The buyout vehicle raised debt and equity of €5 million to take over the Alexandra group and launch the brand nationwide.
Alexandra Dental was founded in 2006 and offers comprehensive dental care including cosmetic dentistry, dental implants and orthodontics.
Torquay Capital, established by Paul Meagher and Conor Duggan in 2021, aims to provide growth capital to high quality Irish SMEs that have the potential to grow both organically and through focused acquisitions.
Philip Lee, led by Bernard McEvoy, Anna Hickey and Kate McNamara, advised Torquay Capital on this transaction.
