Veeqo

Welsh-based software company Veeqo has been acquired by Amazon. Built on 30+ e-commerce and shipping integrations, Veeqo offers inventory and fulfillment tools for e-commerce sellers including order, shipping, and warehouse management capabilities. The company’s tools support sales on Amazon, eBay, Shopify and other online platforms.

Amazon intends to continue investing in new features and improvements to help Veeqo serve sellers globally and to facilitate growth for sellers’ multi-channel businesses.

Having acted for Veeqo for a number of years and on previous investment rounds during the company’s growth cycle, Andrew Tzialli and the corporate team at Philip Lee were delighted to act for Veeqo on this transaction.

Congratulations to Veeqo’s founder Matt Warren and the Veeqo team.
