Harry is a Senior Associate in Philip Lee’s Real Estate Group, advising on all asset classes of real estate with a particular focus on social housing and renewable energy.
He works in close collaboration with colleagues in the firm’s banking, corporate and energy practices on complex, multi-disciplinary transactions. Harry also advises on contentious real estate matters, bringing a practical understanding of litigation risk to his transactional work.
Harry has developed a particular specialism advising state bodies, semi-state entities and private investors active in the social housing sector. His experience spans the full lifecycle of residential portfolios, from establishment through ongoing management and maintenance. He regularly acts for both public bodies and private entities delivering social housing across Ireland.
Harry also advises on the real estate elements of renewable energy projects, collaborating with specialists across the firm’s energy and corporate practices. He acts for domestic and international developers, infrastructure funds and landowners across wind, solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) transactions on the full range of property matters, options, leases, wayleaves, land acquisitions and all associated land rights and documentation from project origination through to construction and operation.
