Joseph Stanley is a partner in the real estate team at Philip Lee LLP.
Joe has an extensive real estate practice and advises a variety of property companies, institutions and investors on the acquisition, disposal and management of their Irish property portfolios. He has negotiated and led many complex and demanding real estate transactions and commercial lease deals.
Joe also advises on the structuring of property development projects, including joint ventures and funding arrangements, to support successful delivery and maximise asset value.
