John is a senior associate within the Real Estate Group. John has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential property including:
- the acquisition and disposal of development sites,
- forward sales and forward funding in the private rented sector, and
- the development and financing of real estate.
John has particular expertise on the set up of large scale multi-unit developments and has advised some of Ireland’s largest developers on all aspects of these transactions from site assembly and planning, through to the completion of sales of units and final hand over and taking in charge of these developments by local authorities.
