Catherine is a Senior Associate working across the Real Estate and Litigation Departments.

Catherine has significant experience advising property developer clients on the delivery of large-scale housing developments.

She also provides advisory and litigation services on a broad range of contentious matters and routinely acts for clients across all court jurisdictions.

  • Acts for leading Irish property developers on key housing projects across the country.
  • Advises property developer clients on the setup and delivery of large-scale housing developments, the onward sale of individual units and ensuring that clients are advised of any new changes to legislation and Government Schemes.
  • Advised a property developer client in respect of Judicial Review proceedings against a local authority.
  • Acted for, and brought to a successful conclusion, complex Commercial Court proceedings, which included conducting and managing a substantial eDiscovery exercise, and coordinating a remote trial before the Commercial Court.
  • Acted for a client in High Court proceedings on a data protection matter, involving court ordered Technology Assisted Review (TAR) to support a large-scale discovery exercise.   
  • Acted for a liquidator in relation to various proceedings under the Companies Act.
