A Guide to the Senior Executive Accountability Regime: Part 1 Conduct Standards Explained

The proposed Senior Executive Accountability Regime (SEAR) prescribes minimum standards of behaviour and conduct for financial services firms and persons carrying out controlled functions and prescribed control functions. Failure to comply with such standards will be a prescribed contravention under the Administrative Sanctions for both the financial services firm and the individual concerned.
