During her time with Mainstream Renewable Power, she rose to Group Head of Insurance and Physical Risk, holding global responsibility for identifying and managing political and liability risks across the project pipeline. She shares how these experiences have shaped her perspective on balancing growth with risk in the energy sector.
In 2025, O’Connor founded Trifecta Energy to reshape thinking around the energy transition, bringing together stakeholders to deliver a clean, secure and affordable energy future. She also co-founded SupergridEurope, a Brussels-based initiative focused on accelerating the development of a pan-European electricity supergrid.
