Catriona is a Senior Associate on the firm’s Employment and Immigration team, with extensive expertise in advising both public sector and private clients on complex and wide-ranging employment related issues.
Catriona works on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. She has been closely involved in the management of employment related claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the High Court. Her experience on non-contentious matters includes advising in relation to employment contracts and policies, protected disclosures, the transfer of undertakings regulations, redundancy processes and disciplinary investigations.
Catriona also advises in the area of immigration and regularly assists clients in obtaining the immigration permissions required to allow them to live and work in Ireland, for example.
