John is a senior associate in the dispute resolution and litigation department with Philip Lee. He is experienced in advising on a broad range of contentious matters and routinely acts for clients in the High Court and Commercial Court.
John regularly advises in and represents clients in complex contractual/commercial/financial disputes. He has significant experience of advising on insurance coverage matters and disputes involving financial institutions, directors and officers and professionals. John also advises and represents clients in arbitrations, mediations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.
