Julie recently joined Philip Lee as head of New Homes.
She specialises in the set-up and project management of residential developments, including the preparation of title booklets and the drafting of scheme documents for unit sales—such as contracts, building agreements, deeds of transfer, and leases. Julie works closely with developers, architects, managing agents, and financial institutions to ensure all documentation is in place for site disposals. Utilising her Project Management skills to ensure the process is as seamless as possible for our Developer clients.
During her career Julie has worked with some of Ireland’s largest developers, project managing the successful completion of thousands of new residential sales of houses, apartments and duplex units.
