Philip Lee announces the appointment of Michael Neary as partner

Philip Lee is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Neary as partner within its real estate department. Michael is an experienced commercial real estate solicitor and has a proven track record in advising on every aspect of commercial real estate including retail, office, industrial, hospitality and leisure, multi-family, student housing, affordable housing, data centre, leasing transaction, healthcare and real estate investment finance.

Prior to joining Philip Lee, Michael Neary was a partner in the Dublin office of an international law firm. His clients included institutions, alternative funders, private investors, developers, asset managers, retailers, banks and private equity.

With over 17 years’ experience in property law, Michael will join the award-winning property group, headed by partner John O’Donoghue and w­orking alongside fellow partners Eimear Fitzgibbon, Tom Conway and Thomas O’Malley. Michael’s appointment will further bolster a team that offers the combined specialisms of the firms’ real estate partners with top tier planning and environmental partners, Alice Whittaker and Rachel Minch.
