Philip Lee signs Law Society’s Professional Wellbeing Charter

Philip Lee is proud to be a signatory of the Law Society of Ireland’s Professional Wellbeing Charter.

The Law Society has invited firms as well as in-house and public sector solicitors across the country to sign the Charter to show their support and commitment to positive workplace cultures in the legal profession. The intention of the Charter is to reinforce values around professional wellbeing in the form of commitments, and to provide a forum for law firms to commit to these publicly and collectively.

As signatories of the Charter, Philip Lee pledges to support behaviours, skills and practices that encourage and enable professional wellbeing of staff at all levels.

HR Manager, Nicola McKenna, talks about the significance of the Charter and the firm’s commitment to workplace wellbeing in this month’s Law Society Gazette. The full article is available here.
