Kevin Ryan is a Senior Associate in Philip Lee’s litigation and dispute resolution department.
Kevin provides advisory and litigation services to both statutory bodies and private clients, with a particular focus on public and administrative law, data protection law, statutory interpretation and healthcare law.
Kevin regularly represents public sector clients in High Court judicial review proceedings and statutory appeals. His work involves advising statutory bodies on their statutory obligations, matters of fair procedures and regulatory processes.
Kevin also advises clients in relation to complex healthcare litigation, including cross-border litigation.
