Originally specialists in European law and procurement law, the firm has adapted to the needs of its clients and established itself as a leader in a number of legal service areas.

With offices in London and San Francisco, the firm has an international presence and acts for a many multinational companies. Given the international focus of the firm and our awareness of the attractiveness of Ireland as a location to do business, we have created an Equipe France (French team) to guide our French (and francophone) clients through all of their operations in Ireland. The team is headed up by Philip Lee.

The team, which is fully integrated into the firm, is particularly specialised in commercial law, company law, FDI, and European law. All of its members speak fluent French and most of the team have spent time studying or working in a francophone country. A number of the team are also recognised as experts at a European level in their specialisations. The team has advised a number of French multinationals including Sanef and Veolia Water Ireland. Thanks to our attractive tax regime and research friendly legal system, Ireland continues to attract a wide variety of businesses specialised in the tech and pharmaceutical sectors. We have developed particular expertise in these areas to assist our FDI and domestic clients.

We also advise Irish businesses established in France and businesses seeking to expand into the French market. We have long-standing connections with well-known French law firms and thereby provide a complete service to our clients.
