IP Telecom is a Dublin-based provider of unified communications and Voice over Internet Protocol telephone services to the Irish SME market.
Centrecom Systems is a provider of IT, cloud and VoIP communication services to a wide range of industries across Ireland.
The acquisition of Centrecom by IP Telecom follows investment by Development Capital in 2023. The company has outlined plans to continue this growth in 2024 with the goal of reaching revenues of €11m in FY’24, through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
