Private equity investor, Rutland Partners, has completed its investment in JSM Group, a UK-based market leading infrastructure services provider to the critical digital communications and power sectors.
JSM provides services across multiple areas including FTTP (Fibre To The Premises), the core fibre infrastructure network, mobile networks and datacentre connectivity as well as high-voltage connections in sectors including renewables and battery storage.
Rutland Partners will assist JSM in developing the business in its core markets and in complementary areas.
