Andrew is a partner specialising in the full spectrum of M&A, including cross-jurisdictional private equity, venture capital and corporate technology and infrastructure matters. He advises on both English and Irish law.

Andrew is head of the firm’s blockchain and crypto-asset group.

  • Advising the shareholders of BMC Manufacturing on the sale of BMC Group to listed company, Kingspan Plc (in the largest ever sale of an Irish private company to an Irish acquirer).
  • Advising Andersen Group US Inc on the acquisition of Andersen Ireland and Andersen UK.
  • Advising venture capital firm, NLC Health Ventures, on its sale of Sanmirna Therapeutics Inc. to the UK-listed biopharmaceutical company, Thalia Therapeutics.
  • Advised the shareholders of Promotional Payments Solutions on its sale to London-listed company, Eagle Eye Solutions Group plc.
  • Advised UK-based iStorage Group on its cross-border acquisition of Kanguru Solutions. This was followed by advising iStorage founders on the sale of the group to CAST Group (part of Swedish investment company, Systematic Growth).
  • Advising the founders of AI company Webio, on its sale to the financial software platform, Aryza.
  • Advising  international fintech company, Nomu Pay, on its acquisition of Total Processing Ltd.
  • Advising private equity firm Finch Capital, on its investment into fintech business, eFlow Global.
  • Advised the founders UK company Veeqo on the sale of the group to Amazon Inc.
  • Advised the shareholders of JSM Group on the sale of the company to private equity firm, Rutland Partners.
