“Looks like we’re almost there – the European Parliament today approved the text for the AI Act.”

It’s over to Spain now as it takes over the rotating presidency of the Council in July, and Madrid has made closing out on the AI Act its top digital priority.  With a fair wind, the AI Act could possibly come into effect in Summer 2024.  Watch this space for detailed updates on the AI Act and what it means for your business.
