On 10 November 2021, the European Commission issued the revised procurement thresholds which will apply to public bodies and utilities from 1 January 2022.

The thresholds have increased marginally for each contract type, with the exception of the “light touch” regime contracts for both the public and utilities sectors, which remain at €750,000 and €1,000,000 respectively.

A table showing the changes is set out below – for more information please do not hesitate to contact our procurement team.
