Anna is a partner in the corporate and climate finance practices of Philip Lee.

Anna advises Irish and international clients in relation to a broad spectrum of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, project finance, reorganisations and strategic matters. Anna’s expertise spans many sectors including climate, technology, healthcare, life sciences, and not-for-profit.

Anna is a key member of the climate finance practice. She acts for carbon project developers and investors in structuring and documenting transactions for nature-based and engineered carbon reduction and removal projects in various jurisdictions, including in Ireland. Anna advises clients on policy matters relating to the verified carbon market and emerging international laws under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. She also has a keen interest in global biodiversity frameworks and the emerging markets for biodiversity credits.

She is a member of the firm’s Foreign Direct Investment practice and US business group, regularly advising companies on doing business in and into Ireland.

Anna also advises social enterprises, companies, semi -state entities and NGOs on corporate governance matters.
