Daniel is a Senior Associate within the competition team.
Daniel trained with Philip Lee LLP and joined the competition team when he qualified as a solicitor in December 2020.
Daniel has extensive experience in advising both public and private clients on contentious, non-contentious and advisory matters relating to EU law, horizontal agreements, vertical agreements, merger control, State aid, regulatory law and all other areas of competition law.
In terms of competition law compliance, Daniel has advised clients on their various policies relating to competition law and has assisted clients with responding to preliminary and formal investigations that have been conducted against them by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
