Eoin joined Philip Lee’s Projects and Construction group from a large internation law firm.

He advises developers, financial institutions, contractors, and consultants in both the public and private sectors. His experience spans residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, industrial and public-sector developments. Eoin has advised architects, engineers and other professional advisers embroiled in professional negligence construction disputes issued in the High Court.

  • Advised a large charity on the CWMF public works contracts suite in respect of a development of a specialist respite centre.
  • Advised several multidisciplinary consultancy practices on the CWMF standard conditions of engagement for consultancy services and ancillary documentation in connection with various public-sector developments.
  • Advised an Approved Housing Body on the acquisition of residential units across several housing developments. 
  •  Advised a public financial institution on the financing of several housing developments across Ireland.
  • Advised a private financial institution in respect of a mixed-use development comprising a 183-bedroom hotel, 105 apartments and hotel fit-out works.
  • Advised an international food producer in relation to a large industrial development adjoining an existing operational processing facility.
