Kate is a senior associate in the real estate department and has extensive experience in advising on all commercial real estate matters including commercial leasing, commercial property acquisitions and disposals, development schemes, restructuring issues, secured finance, residential conveyancing and landlord and tenant matters.
Kate also regularly provides real estate support to the corporate department in relation to share and asset sales and mergers and acquisitions Kate’s clients include developers, lending institutions, receivers and private clients.
Kate, who trained in a leading international corporate law firm, was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2013 and has worked exclusively in real estate since. Kate is extremely client focused and enjoys building strong relationships built on practical, commercially driven and pragmatic advice.
