Keelin advises a broad range of domestic and international clients (including start-ups) on commercial and corporate matters whilst focusing mainly on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and shareholder arrangements. She also has a keen interest in corporate governance matters.
Keelin joined Philip Lee in October 2021, having previously trained with one of Ireland’s top law firms where she qualified as a solicitor in 2015.
