Keelin is a senior associate in the corporate and commercial department of Philip Lee, specialising in corporate transactions and general corporate and commercial advisory work. She is qualified to practice law in Ireland, England and Wales and New York.
Keelin advises a broad range of domestic and international clients (including start-ups) on commercial and corporate matters whilst focusing mainly on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and shareholder arrangements. She also has a keen interest in corporate governance matters.
Keelin joined Philip Lee in October 2021, having previously trained with one of Ireland’s top law firms where she qualified as a solicitor in 2015.
