Philip Lee is pleased to announce the appointment of Inez Cullen as a partner in its expanding corporate team. With wide ranging transactional experience across various sectors, she represents clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraisings, AIM admissions and placings, Takeover Code issues, corporate recovery/insolvency and development finance transactions.
An Irish and UK qualified lawyer, Inez joined Philip Lee as a result of the firm’s merger with McEvoy Corporate Law in 2020. The firm, previously awarded the accolade of Irish Law Firm of the Year (2019), continues to grow its corporate transactional team in response to strong growth in M&A and consolidation activity across a range of sectors.
