Philip Lee LLP moves to new Dublin headquarters

Key Contact: Jonathan Kelly – Managing Partner

Philip Lee, which currently employs almost 160 people in its Dublin office, has relocated a short distance from Wilton Terrace to a new 2,500 square metre headquarters on Burlington Road. The lease deal was the largest such agreement negotiated in the Irish commercial property market in the second quarter of 2021.

The firm’s new office is a larger space that will accommodate our growing headcount both now and into the future and will provide enhanced reception and meeting facilities for use by our clients.

Our office is now located at:

Connaught House
One Burlington Road
Dublin 4
D04 C5Y6

We look forward to welcoming our clients to our new office this year.
