Irish photovoltaic solar farm developer Power Capital Renewable Energy (PCRE) is to invest €140 million in six ready-to-build solar farms across Ireland following the company’s acquisition of the solar farm sites from Renewable Energy Systems for an undisclosed sum. The sites have a combined capacity in excess of 240 megawatts which now brings PCRE’s total portfolio to over 1.1 gigawatts.
