Philip Lee, led by George Kennedy and Andreas McConnell, is pleased to have advised on the sale of a majority stake in leading adtech company Snigel Web Services (Snigel) to London based private equity firm, CBPE Capital. Dublin-headquartered Snigel helps online publishers to monetise their website traffic through programmatic advertisement. The investment will support the company’s plans to further develop its technology offering and to scale in its core markets of Europe and the USA.
Snigel has previously been listed in the Financial Times Top 1,000 fastest-growing European companies index (2021) and also in Deloitte Ireland’s Fast 50 index (2020, 2021 and 2022).
