Clare-based HRLocker has recently acquired Cork performance management software provider WorkCompass. HRLocker itself was acquired by Invincible Software Holdings (ISH), a UK-based private equity firm, in late 2024 (a transaction advised on by Andrew Tzialli at Philip Lee). This deal highlights the growing demand among SMEs for a consolidated, end-to-end HR platform that can be managed by a single vendor while providing a seamless and consistent user experience.
