On 23 October 2025, the European Commission published a number of delegated regulations to revise the relevant
procurement thresholds which will apply to public bodies and utilities from 1 January 2026. These threshold
figures are updated every two years to ensure the thresholds correspond to the thresholds set in the World Trade
Organisation Government Procurement Agreement.
