Edon is a partner in the corporate team. His practice covers a range of corporate transactional and advisory work, commercial contracts, equity finance, corporate structuring and reorganisations and he has worked closely with clients in the healthcare, technology, facilities and renewables sectors.

Edon joined Philip Lee in 2026 as a partner from an international law firm. He has over 20 years’ experience advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions (many with an international or cross border element), venture capital and private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, limited partnership structures and company law.

He also works with companies setting up in Ireland as part of our foreign direct investment offering.

  • Advised shareholders in software rostering company on its sale to UK based PE buyer.
  • Advised US listed company on acquisitions of telecom software platforms.
  • Advised US buyer on its acquisition of Irish technology company.
  • Acted for large European nursing home provider on its funding and acquisitions of Irish nursing homes.
  • Acted for buyer of Barberstown Castle Hotel and other acquisitions in the hospitality sector.
  • Advised large Italian pharmaceutical company on its acquisition of Irish based pharmaceutical company.
  • Advised Hungarian based financial services company on cross border merger with Irish entity.
  • Acted for technology start-ups on various investment rounds.
  • Advised a Global Health Software Company in relation to its acquisition of a leading healthcare software provider in Ireland.
  • Advised investment fund in relation to disposal of wind farm assets in Ireland and Northern Ireland for in excess of €100 million.
  • Advised German AG in relation to Limited Partnership structure in €100 million Irish renewables infrastructure fund.
  • Advised PE investor in relation to disposal of shares in a sub-sea cables company.
