Partner, Anna Hickey from our Climate Finance group will be moderating a panel on ‘Climate, Environment and Law’ at the German Irish Law and Business Association (GILBA) on Saturday, 21 September in Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel.
This conference will deal with several legal topics of relevance in Germany and Ireland, including equality, citizen participation and climate litigation. Matters that touch on climate and environmental protection are increasingly coming before the courts in both jurisdictions and the outcome of such decisions will be discussed.
