On 15 November 2023, the European Commission issued a number of delegated regulations to revise the relevant procurement thresholds which will apply to public bodies and utilities from 1 January 2024. These figures are updated every two years in accordance with the terms of the WTO’s Agreement on Government Procurement. The “light touch” thresholds have not changed under the Public Sector Directive or the Utilities Directive.
