Kevin is a Senior Associate in the corporate department of Philip Lee LLP.

He specialises in providing legal advice to businesses, founders and investors as they navigate important commercial milestones within their business. Whether raising capital, acquiring a business, or pursuing an exit, Kevin takes a commercially minded and pragmatic approach to helping clients navigate complexity and manage risk.

Kevin’s expertise consists of advising both domestic and international clients during M&A transactions, pre-seed and venture capital fundraising, private equity buyouts, group reorganisations, joint ventures and drafting shareholder agreements.

  • Advised the shareholders of JSM Group during the sale of the company to private equity firm, Rutland Partners.
  • Advised the shareholders of Veeqo Limited during the sale of the company to Amazon Inc.
  • Advised Andersen US, a NYSE-listed entity, during its acquisition of both Andersen Ireland and Andersen UK.
  • Advised BGF Ireland during its €6m investment in Clearsphere Limited.
  • Advised Elkstone, as lead investor, during NeuroBell Limited’s €5m fundraise.  
  • Advised the founders of Redfaire Limited during the company’s €13m investment from BGF Ireland.
  • Advised Horizon Capital, a UK-based private equity firm, during its investment in Threatscape.
  • Advised the founder of Hibernia Line during the company’s €20m investment from the Goodman Group.
  • Advised Strada Partners, a European investment firm, during its acquisition of each of HireHive Limited, Staff Squared Limited, and H.R. Interventions Limited (trading as HR Locker).
  • Advised the shareholders of Allmed Logistics during the sale of the company to Virginia Logistics.
