Mary has expertise in corporate transactions and corporate finance work for clients within the music, film, television and interactive industries, including acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital investment, management buy-in/outs, corporate re-structuring, joint venture and shareholder arrangements. Mary also advises clients on employment and immigration matters.
Mary advises on film and television financing and production. She represents a range of media clients, including numerous production companies, financiers and international film studios.
