Rebecca is a partner in Philip Lee’s corporate department. She has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients, including start-ups, on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Rebecca trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2013 with one of Ireland’s leading law firms.

Rebecca’s practice focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, transaction structuring and IPOs.
