Professional services group S&W has agreed to acquire Beechwood Partners, a Dublin-based accountancy and tax advisory firm with a focus on the private client market. Completion of this acquisition is anticipated to take place by the end of August.
This strategic move allows S&W to expand its service offering in Ireland, providing clients with enhanced private client tax solutions, while strengthening its business outsourcing and business tax services.
